I am searching for ancestors and relatives for Anson Barnett, farmer, b. 1848 in Illinois. The 1900 census shows him and his family in Hamel Twp. He resided their with his wife Mary Elizabeth McClure, children Jesse Ann b. 1892 and Jim Thomas b. 1895. Anson and Mary were married in Macon County in 1890. The family moved to Strathmore, Alberta in 1909 with Mary's sister Ann McClure. Descendents live there today.
