A lot of you will be going there to make those pics anyway so why not add a few more as a kindness to those not able to be there to make their own. Some may not be able to travel and some may just live too far away. Do other genealogy researchers a big favor and include those extras. Then if you will email them to the Local List Administrator and specify the cemetery, maybe they will post them online for other researchers to see. Delores Greetings, all! With this weekend being Memorial Day, and several of you will be traveling to cemeteries, I would like to suggest that you take a digital camera with you, and take some photos of the tombstones in the cemeteries that you visit. Small cemeteries can easily be covered by one person, but larger cemeteries would need several people to take photos. We will be the color guards with a Veterans Org. that visit different cemeteries this coming Monday. We will be visiting a very old cemetery that is not being used anymore. I didn't even think to take pictures of the different sites there. There are beautiful huge and tall monuments. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
