I am researching Carroll and Hawks and Green. Mary Carroll came with her brother Michael, a Catholic priest from Ireland in 1843. Mary married Patrick Carroll also from Ireland and possibly a priest also. They married in 1851. Solomon Hawks came from Virginia as a widower with children and married Elizabeth Green,daughter of John and Sarah Harris Green in 1851. Darla Wilson dlwilson@elberton.net
