I have another question about a Laura Camp, who died in Madison County, according to her Probate Records, which date her death ON March 26, 1869. What Camps were living in the Madison County, Alton area in 1860s? Is there a Laura Camp listed, according to her probate records her son was name was Henry, and and there was also a daughter named Mary, and another son named Louis. I'm also wondering where Laura might be buried in Madison County. I am doing research on the Camp family. Was Laura married to a Camp or was that her Maiden name? Do you know who her father was. A lot of Camp families came from the south and migrated this way.
