Thankyou for your help. No, Mary E. Camp is not they Mary Camp I am looking for. My Mary, married John Belger in July of 1870. I have not been able to find there Marriage License, yet. They had two children together. Laura, Born: January 07, 1872 and Anna, Born: December 17, 1874. Both Girls were born in Alton, Madison County, IL Laura Married a Reuben Graham and Anna married Thomas M. Davis. I believe you found a marriage I am looking for......Louis Camp to Kate Tibett. Would the marriage licence happen to mention the parents to Louis Camp? The reason you probably didn't find the people I am looking for, is because, they were probably living with another family that was head. I believe that is especially true with John Belger. Also I believe the mother of My Mary, and possible brothers John, Henry, and Louis, died in the year 1869. According to some Probate papers her name was Laura Camp. But the 1860 Census for Godfrey, Madison County, IL list the head of the family as a Mary Camp. I trying to figure out if Mary and Laura are the same people, because Laura's Probate Paper, and the Census list the same people as her heirs, My Mary Camp, Henry, and Louis. These are the same kids in the home of Mary Camp in 1860.....My Mary's mother was also born in Prussia, like the lady Mary in the Census.....So, I am trying to piece everything together.
