Three members of the Borchwardt family who lived in Venice, Madison Co., died in the last half of 1885 (July, November and December). One was 43 years old, one 9 years, and one a few weeks or days. Was there an epidemic of some sort at that time that could account for so many of diverse ages dying in such a short time? Or was it just coincidence? Any help would be appreciated, Don Dickason
