I found them being married in Madison County with the filing showing on the Illinois Marriage Archives. Put Carroll alone in the bride and grooms surname name and see what comes up. Type Illinois Marriage Archives in your search. It gives the filing info and you can get a copy of the marriage certificate from the State of Illinois if you write to Barb Heflin. She is a very nice person. The marriage records at the SOS office stop at 1900. So I know they have the filings there. Or an abstract, and it should tell you what you want to know. Rev. Everts
