I tried two others and got to them earlier. http://www.state.il.us/hpa/lib/Microfilm.htm http://www.library.uiuc.edu/techserv/inp/mergeddatabase/search_form.asp I put in Madison and IL in this form and it said there were 105 titles. But, now I can't get to the sites. Maybe they are down or turned off after hours? Don't know at the moment. 1. [ILMADISO-L] Lacquement Family in Madison County
    2. Lorraine Sonnenberg
    3. Good evening, everyone. I am researching the Lacquemant/Lockman (plus about a doze *other* variations) in Madison County. I have some indication that Peter/Pierre Lacquement arrived about 1850 or so with two sons, Frank/Francois and Hippolite/Hyppolite. I have other information, but it is quite lengthy and is best checked out at: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~sunny/kinder/first/lacquement/lacquement.html I would love to hear from anyone researching this family. I have found some "contradictions" in this information that was so graciously given to me. I would like verification of what I do have, and possibly more information on the females in the family line. Seems that they were pretty much overlooked when this information was gathered. I'll gladly share what little additional information I have with those interested in these lines. Thanks!! Lorraine Sonnenberg Newsome

I want to construct a mind picture of these people. There are the names and places, but I have nothing about who they were. Frank Sellers
