    3. To my knownledge there was NEVER a Goshen Church at the north east corner of Goshen Road and Boy Sout Road in Sction !2 of Macoupin county. Source text: Lamarr-James Cemetery was located east of where Blackberry Road meets with Boy Scout Road and across in farm field which is about 50 yards north of Goshen Road on the former " Isaac Newton Lamarr Sr " farm. {Approximate "Goble Postioning System" coordinates are; N 39° 35' 20"; W 90° 02' 15"}: Source comments: The Lamarr-James Cemetery was on the north fence line of the school grounds before being convered into farm field in mid-1920's, which was at the junction of Goshen and Boy Scout Roads, in the norteast corner, (This one room country school went by the name of "Goshen School" which was torn down in the mid 1950's )     /s/ Jim -- theOldMan -- James W. Goshen Church may be there......don't know. It does sound like in the obit that the schoolhouse did serve as the church. Just my guessing.
