Is any more mine data available for Mine #2 at Williamson (near Livingston)? I'm not sure if that was Macoupin/Madison County. I remember a mine fatality when I was very young (6 years ago or so) when my neighbor Paul Shiere (sp?) was killed. That would make it around 1940-41. Any info appreciated! I also think it was called the Staunton/Mt. Olive Coal Co.
