    3. I am going to Carlinville today, so will see if the obits are on microfilm. I'm interested in how you are related to Frederick and Louisa. Their second child Dena was my great grandmother who was married to Theodore Henry Hacke. 1. [ILMACOUP] MCGS newsletter
    2. Chuck & Cindy Leonard
    3. In today's mail I received the latest Macoupin County Searcher. It is a great issue as usual. Mary takes the information provided by others and the information she so diligently digs up and puts together a great read. Without Jarid's help, it wouldn't arrive in the mail. He prints the mailing labels, sorts the newsletters, prints the postage billing and heads to the Post Office to get the news to the members. Sometimes he is involved in taking the newsletter to the printer and picking it up when Mary is not in the area. My personal thanks to both of them for their hard work. Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Staunton Family Restaurant. In a few days, I will send out a more complete notice. If there is a topic you want us to bring up at the meeting, please contact me or one of the board members or if you are in the area, come join us. Have a safe and happy July 4th! More later. Cindy Leonard, President Macoupin County Genealogical Society
