Hi Gang, Some of my ancestors and their siblings or parents and family are buried in the Fishback Cemetery in Carlinville, Macoupin County, Illinois. I am looking for reasons that a person would be buried in a small, private cemetery in the 1850 to 1880 timeframe, other than convenience. I have a suspicion that they are related, for persons with the same surname lived next to them in Kentucky. If anyone is researching the FISHBACK line, I would like to discuss the other lines that mingle with them. Thanks, John D. Sissom - JDSissom@Juno.com member: Wood Co Chap OGS sola fide
