Hi! Could your EDWARDS family members possibly be descended from a WILLIAM EDWARDS who lived in the Carlinville area in 1870? He was born in Scioto Co, OH about 1851. I don't know who he married or what happened to him after the 1870 Macoupin Co. census. In 1870, he was living with his mother Angeline and siblings Mary (his Twin), and George b. 1853 in Ohio. George went back to Iroquois Co, IL( where the family lived for a while around 1857-186_?_), and lived the rest of his life there. I don't know what happened to Angeline and the twins. I assume that they continued to live in Macoupin Co. but can't find them later on, or any marriage, death or burial info. for them. Want to find them in 1880s on and locate their descendants.
