Sept 12, 1880, in Girard, Macoupin Co.,IL..........to William Hill & Sarah Leonora (Nora Rutherford). They were m. Dec. 11, 1878 in Jersey Co.,IL. Nora's mother was.......Elizabeth White Seago Boswell Rutherford m 1st to.......Cornelius Seago and the parents of .............Jasper N. Seago!!!!!..........and 3rd m. for Elizabeth White was Joseph Rutherford, the parents of............Nora Rutherford!!!!! My grandfather was left in MO, with an Uncle Seago and Aunt Jane. Miranda Jane Hill Seago applied for the pension of Jasper N. Seago on April 17, 1890 from MO.,.........under the name of his widow.........Jane!!!! Jehu Hill was living in the household of Jasper N. Seago and is most likely the father of...............William and Miranda Jane Hill!!!!!! I am esctatic! I have trying to put the pieces of this puzzle together for nearly a year.
