    3. Would just like to say that these types of spelling errors are really common, even in 1900 & 1910. They were not listed on the index, even tho I knew my family was there, so I order the index myself (Macoupin Co.), and searched. Name was HILLMAN?HILLMANN. Nope, no where to be found. Finally I did a search for the youngest son, John Hillman, and there they ALL were, listed as part of the WILLIAM family (under W). When I looked at the actual copy of the census page, there was a smudge over the first letter ("H") and it had been read as a "W" (actually, the smudge is over most of the name on my copy) This is Mt. Olive TWP, and others shown on that page are ATTMAN MISER GRABER HAND or HAMD BORG There are a couple more that are very hard to read, but if these are yours, I would gladly share. This is the ONLY page I have, and am going to be really busy for the next two weeks, so if you do not hear back, resend after June 6.
