I just noticed that my gg grandfather Robert WATT's name is found among those listed in naturalization loose papers at: ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/il/misc/naturalization/natural.txt I am not clear how to pursue this. The instructions say that IRAD will not search through these loose papers unless I have a date. The date of naturalization is one of the things I am looking for:-( Kind of a catch 22 here.
