I went to the IL State Historical library yesterday. If anyone is planning to go there, or will be parking in the general area, be warned... The Old State Capitol parking garage entrance (on 6th street, going north) is closed. The only way into the garage is to turn into the parking lane on 5th street (going THE WRONG WAY on a one-way street!) and use the exit.
