IL in 1853? Would it be worth while to purchase a copy? Would the parents of the bride and groom be listed? I am trying to find out if this William and Nancy are my gr-gr- grandparents. However, in St.Clair Co., IL in the 1880's, they include alot of useful info. If you get your lisence form the the Il State Archives, it's only $.50. so it's worth a try, I'd say. Just my two cents worth. Good luck Sue
