I would like to inform interested Dugger family members that a DNA study project is currently being undertaken by several DUGGER family descendants. We are trying to connect Dugger family members descended from Daniel Dugger (b. ca. 1690 VA) and his wife Mary Scarborough. What is desperately needed are DNA samples from direct line male Duggers to study. It is easy and simple, a swab of the cheek is sufficient to do the DNA sample. The catch is that it must be a male that has retained the Dugger surname. Female Duggers such as myself won't work for this type of Y-DNA test.
