I'm trying to find Mary E. Leonard's parents. She was born Feb. 26, 1834 in Kentucky. She married Daniel Pruitt (Pruitte) in 1853 Macoupin County and William Sunderland in 1855 Macoupin County. There are no children from the Puritt marriage(That I know of). I'm not sure if she was a widow or not. The Sunderland marriage had 4 to 7 children. I know of 4 children in the 1870 census in Normal IL. Soldier's Orphans Home when William died (1865). She is my brick wall. I haven't been able to find any of her family.
