In case you haven't got some help, yet..... I know there are more knowledgeable people than me on the locations here. http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilmacoup/m_towns.htm Wilsonville being small, I would say the obit would be in Bunker Hill, Mt Olive or Gillespie newspaper. The local libraries for these towns may have the newspapers on microfilm. Can write or call the libraries - in case - http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilmacoup/m_lbrary.htm Write or call. Local newpaper addresses are here: http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilmacoup/m_paper.htm And, I know the IL His Library will have the newspapers on microfilm. They will research for you for $10 (out of stater) per obit or you can order the microfilm thru your local library on interlibrary loan: http://www.state.il.us/hpa/lib/default.htm (looks like this site is a little messed up. have to fish your way around but think this will work) I would call to find out the particulars. The Historical Library is located on the second floor of the Old State Capitol in downtown Springfield, between Fifth and Sixth and Washington and Adams Streets. Parking is available in the public garage beneath the Old State Capitol Plaza. The mailing address is Old State Capitol, Springfield, IL 62701-1507; telephone (217) 524-7216. The Library is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except State holidays. Good luck.
