    2. Okay, It looks like your Joshua, b. 1770 in NC, d. Abt 1850 in Wayne, IL, m. ? 1795 in NC. Buried Panther Creek Cemetery, Scottsville, Macoupin, IL. Some show this Jushua as m. to Elizabeth Green, she b. 1780, d. Dec 1837, buried same as above. Children: Jessie,? William, Dec 1797 Martha, Mar 1800 Isham, Apr 1804 Thomas P., Jan 1811 John, 1815 Joshua D., 1817 Samuel, May 1820 This Samuel [above], son of Joshua, m. 1840 Lucretia Beach and they had 11 children. He m. 2nd to Amy E. Stoddard in 1880, and had one daughter. "History of Wayne Co. IL", published by Globe Pub. Co. Joshua Caudle and son, Thomas, came from Tennessee. The former was peculiar and eccentric, but was a zealous member of the Christian Church. The one below might be Samuel's brother, [another son of Joshua 1770]? Seems that Joshua was a well used name, in this family. I am in North Dakota, so if the person who is looking for Caudle in ND would give more info, I can see what I can find. 3. If I could go back to Blm and search for their homestead records. A couple years ago I was searching for Leonard and Allen Moomey. going thru BLM I searched for Moomey and Caudle and I found C C Caudle and Lawerence [I believe that was his name] found that they had Homesteaded land. C C Caudle Bought cattle and Horses and sheep. I believve C C is in the 1920 census. Since I could not connect them to My Caudle line I did not save their records. I have some info on this Caudle line if you are searching this line I would be willing to share information Paul ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, January 20, 2007 2:44 PM Subject: Re: [ILMACOUP] Fw: Round Prairie Church, Bunker Hill IL > Okay, > > It looks like your Joshua, b. 1770 in NC, d.
