Jane From Johanna Kerwin Damery's obit we find that there were 6 siblings, and Lawrence's obit states the sisters names. They all came from Ireland at diff times and we know that a James Kerwin came over with Lawrence along with Ann. Another sister was Mary Kerwin who marr Daniel David Doyle from Ireland, and they also lived in Stonington. Lawrence marr Mary Cahill also of Ireland in MC. They lived in the Stonington area and had 6 sons, including John and my Ggrandpa George. Another son left and went to Peoria and had 6 kids there. My Kerwin's started out in CC and MC. From Mary Kerwin Doyle's death cert we found who the parents of Mary and her siblings were in Ireland. I am still digging and looking for the other male siblings of Lawrence, Mary and Johanna. We know one is James but don't know where he ended up at. They came over together listed as family on the ship Shannon in 1850 to NY. I know very little abt John and Francis and their family thou.
