    3. There is a small village outside Decatur called Oakley which is in Macon county Ill. They have a tiny well-kept cem called Dunkard/Franz cem and it's very well cared for. Might that be the one??? There isn't a Macon twp, just S. Macon, and just 2 cemeteries, Macon, presumably in section 22, where I think the town is? My map's not too hot. What section is Long Creek Cem in? It might well be where folks from Milam twp buried their dead. The other options would be Mt, Zion twp, or over the various county lines. That could be. I've exhausted Moultrie Co cemeteries in searches for other relatives, but haven't tried the other counties. 3. The small cemetery in Oakley, Macon Co., Ill. is a family cemetery for the Baker family. So far as I know, it is still private, but I could be wrong. my aunt married a Baker, and she along with her husband, and three of her children, all of her sons, are also buried, I think the last son to be buried was Jan. 1, 2000. a few years ago, there was an article in the Decatur newspaper along with her picture, about her youngest son, who was killed in Viet Nam. There was a picture of the cemetery also. There is the last surviving child, a daughter, and other members of the family keep the cemetery maintained. You would have to contact somebody in Oakley, about non family members buried there.
