Looking for information on the above Hisers. My paternal great grandmother, Alice Leora Tucker Rude Bosworth married Levi Hiser Nov. 20, 1905 and they resided in the area until Mr. Hiser's death in 1915. Mrs. Hiser had a stepson, Frank Hiser, of Decatur, IL. Any information on Hiser family would be appreciated. JoAn (Rude) Graham

I have a book, written in the Bicentennial Year for Macon County,the only reference to any of the names you listed, is George Hiser, who had a farm in Macon county, in 1850 and some of the men that went to California in the gold rush of 1850, left from his farm north east of Decatur.
