I may seem to be "pitching" the Decatur Genealogical Society of which I am a member, but I just want everyone to know how reasonable it is to join and well worth far more than it costs. Membership is only $15 a year. You'll enjoy the quarterlies and you can post in them, as well as have your surnames of interest posted. Then, if you have them do genealogy on a line for you, it costs you a $10 donation! I can't begin to tell you how much info I have gotten for my donations! The genealogist sent me typed family group sheets and copies of the obits, etc. I always received so much info that I donated a few extra dollars. Things that I hadn't found from afar, they had at their fingertips. As I've said before, you can't beat the price! I'll see what I can find for you on the Agee trail from my at-home library.
