Decatur Days in Walters, OK? Could you tell us more about that. I live in Dallas, TX and might be interested. My mother's family is from Decatur/Long Creek. Her maiden name was Maddox. I was born in Moultrie Co., but we moved to Coles Co. when I was in the 2nd grade. We used to attend the Maddox Reunion held annually at the Fairview Park. We always subscribed to the Decatur Herald. All the messages about memories of Decatur have been very heart-warming for me. Thanks to all of you (that's ya'll) for sharing those with us.
