The Logan County Clerk does not have ANY records before 1878. IRAD has marriage records between 1857 and 1901 but not all records of all marriages. For certified copies, write to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the county where the marriage license was obtained or divorce was granted. Fees vary. There were a lot of databases available online from the Secretary of State's office but since the Secretary of State became Governor and someone else became Secretary of State they seem to have disappeared. I don't know what is going on there.
