Absalom Foreman was born in Kentucky the son of David Foreman and Elizabeth Horine and married his first wife Sarah Springer 28 Feb 1833 in Highland Co, Ohio. When the family moved to Illinois, about 1850, they lived in Pike Co. But I was recently told that Absalom Foreman may have died in Logan Co., ILL. Can anyone confirm?? Children of Absalom and Sarah Foreman, all born in Ohio were: John (1836), Michael (1837), George (1839), Nathan (1841), Elizabeth (1845), and Mahala (1848). By 1850 the family was in Pike Co IL.
