The list that is on the web is a auxiliary list to the index of certificates that is in publication. One has to apply for a Prairie Pioneer certificate. The application and guidelines are at http://www.tbox.com/isgs/projects/pp-instructions.html There are 3 levels of certificate; the latest date is 1880.
