Dear Mr. Wilham, thank you for your kind offer. I have done little to no searching for the Pettitt surname as I have been concentrating on the Hedges. Ezekiel and Aletha Hedges, grandparents of Mrs. George Pettitt,were my great great grandparents. The funeral of Mr.Hedges was held in July 14,1902, at the home of Mrs. George Pettitt of Lincoln.
