Hi Cheryl, Not really sure what newspaper, except that the scrapbook I found them in belonged to my father whose mother was Jessie Ellen Phillips of Logan Co. Il. The note with them says Lincoln newspaper. Only know that they are cousins by marriage of Edmund and Frances Carlotta (Coats) Munyon who came to Logan Co IL from Athens County Ohio. The same for the article on Logan County's last Civil War Vet that I sent you earlier. Lois
