I have known Jerry Appenzeller for years. There aren't very many of them. I told "Appy" today that someone was searching for Appenzeller ancestors from Logan County. He seemed interested. Appy lives in the house that his grandfather was born in, South of Hopedale, Illinois, just a couple of miles North of the Logan county line.
