Sorry to send the whole thread back. There was a German Newspaper called the "Ostfriesische Nachrichten" published in Breda, Iowa by Pastor L. Hundling from 1882 to the time of his death, and then by others unthe the 1950's. Most of these names and date of deaths were compiled into a book called "East Friesen Roots" by Kenneth H. De Wall and if you find your ancestor listed in there, he will transcribe the obituary for $5.00 the first name, $4.00 each for two or more. Marcia
