Is there an index of probated estates in Logan County from 1870 on? I'm looking for Samuel Waters probate records and Mino (or Meno)Arends. Samuel Waters was married to Jemima Houser and Mino Arends was married to Fanny Waters. Thanks for any assistance given. Jan Kingsley
