I have been getting very good response by using http://www.familysearch.org/ There are some web sites that seem to just go off of the surname, there are Ancestry files that give the name of who else is researching those same names in addition to names, dates, places for family or pedigree. There are also the IGI files. I was on it at about three central time today with no problems.
