Some of the area around Atlanta that is in Logan County now was once in DeWitt or McLean County [depending on which area you are referring to]. No, I don't know exactly which ones. Actually, there is a web site which has maps of Illinois with county lines and how those changed. Going there and seeing if I can figure out how it comes together is on my 'to do' list.
