As far as I know the Springer Cemetery District is maintaining all cemeteries in Logan County except Steenbergen [which is endowed quite nicely]. Some cemeteries sit way back in the field up a dirt field access road that becomes mud at certain times of the year and the work crews simply cannot get in. Others get more attention because the crews can get to them regularly.
