He was born a twin and stayed with his parents till he was 21 then to the Feeble Home till he died wen he was 28. That Helps Alot! It was later changed to Lincoln State School and Colony. Still later was changed to Lincoln Developmental Center. It was originally supposed to be a residential training facility for the mentally retarded, but there were people placed there that didn't necessarily meet that criteria.
