The 1840 Census is done. It is in the que for posting on the Rootsweb server. The 1850 Census is in progress but due to a mixup it won't be done for another month or so. It too will end up on the web courtesy of four list members. If you want your own copy of the CD you will be able to buy them. Wait until both are done though -- it might be that you will be able to get both on one CD. I inquired about the 1830 Sangamon County census. Estimate for doing that one is $120-140 initially. That's because Sangamon included a lot of the state at that time. I have a couple people interested in this census -- at $20 each we would need six or seven contributors.
