Does anyone have any reference material on a McBRIDE family? My great-grandmother was Sarah E. McBride Linson b. 1828 and d. 1881. She is buried at Richmond Grove Cemetery along with my great-grandfather, George Washington Linson. I am trying to find out who her parents were. In reading Barnes-Edgell Cemetery inscriptions today, I noticed a Robert McBride, who died in 1869. Could this be Sarah's father? It also lists two young girls, Amanda and Elizabeth, who died at the ages of 15 and 18. What's unusual is that they died on the same day. Elizabeth says dau of but doesn't give any more info. Does anyone know what family they came from? Perhaps, it lists more in the cemetery book. I'd certainly appreciate any data you can tell me on this family. Marge in Nebraska
