I don't know if Joseph Penn Black's parents came to Logan Co. IL. from Green Co., Ohio. But, I do know that his mother was from Ohio. Joseph Penn Black was born in 1832 in Logan Co. IL. and I beleive that his family might have been Episcopalians which is considered Protestant. Does any of your data include the birth of Joseph Penn Black? It takes the whole roll.
