    2. I have received a message from someone using the web site who tells Elkhart is not in the town histories. Guess what! She's correct and none of us noticed. As a result I have been working on Elkhart [just a couple paragraphs] and decided to go with the Mt. Pulaski and Atlanta histories too. Lincoln will still have to wait, maybe forever. I'm not supposed to have a page that big and the town histories page is really large now without Lincoln. You will be interested to know that the worst criminals in the COUNTRY <g> hung out in Atlanta, a boast they probably didn't consider <g> wisely. The rest of Logan County was no doubt grateful they hung out up there. <g> I found some of the history, particularly of Mt. Pulaski [which I have a better handle on], to be a lot questionable. When I get the new town histories page up [in a few minutes] please have a look - a bit of a slow loader so be patient. If you are an Atlanta person please particularly check the names for spelling and let me know if there is a problem. If you are a descendant of those Baptists from Caesars Creek, Ohio, who mainly moved to south Logan County you will want to check the Atlanta section of the history -- Mann, Bowman, Hoblit, Turner are names that come to mind.
