I have a brick wall. I know during early migrations people often moved in groups. Does anyone know if the people who settled in the area between Broadwell and Mt. Pulaski around the time of the Deep Snow, 1830-31 were coming from a certain area? My George W. Read, an only child, was born 1831 in Logan county shortly after his parents arrival and both parents died before he reached adulthood. Trying to figure out their names and where they came from. I would appreciate anyone who has any Logan histories to look up this name for me. I only have access to the 1911 history myself. Thank you Phylis Borders
