Does anyone know if naturalization records for Scott County, Illinois, would be included in the Logan County Circuit Court? All I know is that Robert E. Nelson came to USA from England in 1843 at age 14, settled in Scott County, Illinois, and later settled in Logan County, Illinois (married there in 1854), although I can't seem to find him in any of the census.
