The answer to both of your questions, Bill, is to contact the cemetery district. I don't know if you'll have much luck with Turley but I'd think their records for Mt. Pulaski would be pretty good. BTW, there are more than a few missing stones at Carlyle and Steenbergen too if you are going way back and both would be potential locations for your ancestors.
