Mine came from Pike, Pickaway, Madison and Greene predominately. However, and this is likely true for your ancestors also given the dates you have, they were only in Ohio less than one generation. They got there, were there for 10-20 years, and moved on. The Ohio Genealogical Society can be useful. They have a web site. According to the 1850 & 1860 Illinois Census, she was born around 1804 in Ohio and was in Lincoln, Ill by 1843.
