I suspect the reference is to the 1912 History of Logan County, prepared by Judge Lawrence B. Stringer. The Lincoln Public Library has it, but I am confident other sites will as well.

Hi I ordered this book through inner Library loan. It is a very large book. It has history and surnames history in it. I am not sure if it was written by Judge Lawerence B. Stinger. I found it very interesting. I do not know if it is online.
