This is to remind everyone of the Sangamon County Genealogical Society's 11th Annual White Elephant/Book Sale which will be held on Saturday 11 June from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the society office, 2856 South 11th Street, Springfield, Illinois. If you have any history or genealogy books or magazines which you would like to donate towards the sale, please let us know by contacting us at the address and number below. This event will helps the society raise funds for monthly expenses, remain open on Wednesday nights for researching and transcribing of records, as well as obtain more genealogical resources such as microfilm and books for the library.
