    3. One that old might be under "re" in the circuit court index. Don't tell anyone you are looking for it though. Better yet, order the index from the Family History Library and look for yourself. If it was concentual the mother may have signed off or she may just have appeared in court that long ago. If it was not consentual for whatever reason she obviously didn't sign.
